Yes , DU NCWEB colleges also therow freshers parties like DU regular colleges  .due to some unavoidable circumstances The freshers party make get cancelled in some cases only. But there is no rule as such that DU NCWEB students do not have freshers*' parties. They also have parties. Their freshers' party is mostly organised in the month of september  or october. Enjoy it to the fullest.
