Both courses are good. It depends on you regarding which course of career you wish to take in the future. While CSE is more focused on the computer science aspect, ECE will give you the leverage to work in either the computer science field or the hardcore electronic industry. Both the courses have good future prospects. These two are the most demanding branches in engineering field. To choose between the two courses, you will have to understand which path you wish to take and do some research on both.
