Both are good streams. ECE is about electronics and how the different electrical components (Microprocessor, RAM etc) communicate with each other. It has more Physics in it. There is a little programming involved but not much wheras CSE deals with telling these components what to do and when to do it; by programming them. It has a lot of logic involved and Maths too.
Rest it depends on your interest which stream you want to join. CSE/IT are in demands these days and being offered good packages as well. But in the end, it is your choice as you need to study so make the choice wisely. For securing your future, it also depends on the University that you choose to pursue your B.tech from. I WOULD RECOMMEND ECE BECAUSE THIS IS A BRANCH WHERE YOU EQUALLY WILL GET SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE KNOWLEDGE .AND THE CORE JOBS ARE OF MOSTLY GOVERNMENT SECTOR.YOU CAN CHOOSE BOTH PRIVATE ,GOVT SECTORS.GET INTO TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND MANY MORE OPITONS ARE HANDY ENOUGH

Also , ECE has more scope in government bodies than CSE and the scope of CSE in private sectors is good. The packages for both are good depends on which organisation you get placed in. So , if you want to go in government jobs then ECE has an edge over CSE
