No the admissions to almost all the courses offered by the university of Delhi , new Delhi at the undergraduate level are through the merit or the score you have achieved in your class 12th boards examinations. The Delhi university conducts entrance examinations for  admissions to the Bachelor's in management studies, bachelor's in business economics as well as for bfia .
