yes, there are some colleges in Europe providing this facility.

the facility is any student after doing BSC nursing can directly join MBBS in 3rd-year.

AS of now very less information is available, but this facility is mostly in eastern Europe [ mainly Georgia and poland]

talking about fees, it's not more than 4lakh/year [only tuition fees].
