Yes 10% quota for EWS certificate is applicable in NEET 2019. it is for both education as well as government jobs. students belonging to only general category are benefited by EWS certifacte. 

Eligibility for EWS certificate is 

• you should be general candidate
• family income should be less than 8 lakhs
• family agricultural land should be less than 5 acres
• family residential flat area should be less than 1000 sq. feet. 

Documents required for EWS certificate 

• adhaar card (mandatory)
• income certifacte (mandatory)
• pan card(mandatory)
• caste certificate 
• BPL cad 
• bank statement 
• recent passport size photograph 

To aplly for EWS certificate you can adopt any one of the two methods given below

• contact local government authority (tehsil). however it may take a lot of time 
• contact agent in Jan seva Kendra (CSC)nearby your loaction. they have connection in tehsil so your work will be done in less time. 

Conatct agent in CSC. you can google and find your nearest CSC. submit all necessary documents. they will fill you EWS ceriticate form. then wait for atleast 1 month to get your EWS certificate.
