Hope you are doing good.Eye sight problem can be of different types. As long you can see with your glasses on properly you are not in handicap category. There is a certain criteria for eye sight problem to get into handicapped category like if any one have 40% or above impairment it is granted a handicap .

Visual disability in India is categorized based on severity. Sometimes the disabled person does not fit unambiguously into any of the categories. The current classification of visual disabilities does not include all combinations of vision, some disabled patients cannot be categorized.
