Is gate cse tough ??What rank required for old iit and old nit ??

GATE exam is not tough and not easy. It is moderate. And if we talk about rankings so a GATE CS score of less than 200 is needed for entry to best IITs. Candidates having a ranking between 600 to 800, on the other hand, will qualify academically to IITs and IIITs. GATE scores in the 350-800 range are needed for entrance to top NITs.

For admission into top IITs, the student must score a GATE rank below 200. However, the students having a rank in the range of 600-800 can also get admission into IITs and IIITs. For admission into leading NITs, the students should score a GATE rank in the 350-800 range.
