IIITs are the INI(institute of National Importance) level institution and its far better than any GFTI. So comparison between IIIT & GFTI is totally irrelevant. IIITs are premier institutions and have prestige like top IITs and NITs . Some of the top IIITs are IIIT Allahabad,  IIIT Surat  , IIIT Gwalior, IIIT Lucknow, IIIT Jabalpur etc.

I would suggest you to prefer IIIT over GFTI. Every student wants to get an admission in an IIIT as it is one of the top institutions in India. It has the best infrastucture and highly experienced faculty. Many top MNC's with the highest packages visit the campus for placements with equal preference to all courses. All the best.
