Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering and GMR Institute of Technology both are top notch colleges of Andhra Pradesh. But GVP College of Engineering has been ranked at 188th position by NIRF for Engineering and has been rated AAA+ grade by Careers360 which means good. On the other hand, GMR Institute of Technology Rajam has not yet received any remarkable ranking from NIRF but has received AAAA Grade from Careers360 which means Very good.
Now academically, both are great as the program is backed up by renowned faculties. Coming to placements Statistics, it is better in GMR Institute of Technology. Even the number of companies coming for recruitment is also greater than that of GVP. However in both the colleges, most of the placements are grabbed by Computer Science students.
