Hi dear,

Yes definitely IIIT is a good option for BTech.I will go for two IIITs as best first is IIIT HYDERABAD and second one is IIIT Allahabad.These two college is one of best and give you better scope for placement.If you compare with lower or moderate nit than they are better.if compare with top NITs they are same.
