Hello dear aspirant

Your question makes no sense,  because IISER BHOPAL is one of the best institutions of the country and comparison of IISER with AMITY university makes no sense.
You should definitely opt for IISER for doing your P. hd because IISER bhopal is a government funded institute and has a great value.
