Actually deciding for taking drop to prepare for iit or preparation during your board exams totally  depends on you, If you think that you will be able to manage all of that then fine otherwise you will be also aware that nobody will tell you what should you do.

So take a time and think weather you are capable of doing preparation for IIT as well as Boards or Not ?
