Tech inCSE Research facilities and academics and faculties are good in all the oldIITs, so areplacements. But do remember, Mumbai is the 'financial capital' of India, hence a number of companies flock there. The averagepakageis around 12 lakhs and you can get as high as 25 lakhs.

Yes sometimes they do give placement to aboard. It is highly depending upon your interview with the top companies those visiting to the campuses.

Sometimes they appoint people in Indian company and then after 1or 2year they send you abroad after observing your performance.

Different IITs having different rules and it is difficult to say weather they will give you placements to abroad or not.
