Usually for B.Des entrance the questions are not constant every year. They keep testing you year after year so it's difficult to predict which question or topic is sure shot. However the candidates are usually tested in
1. English Comprehension
2. Analytical Ability
3. Quantitative ability
4. General knowledge and current affairs
So it's better you cover these topics before answering to maximize your chances of getting selected. If you need anything else, do revert back
