Nothing can assure 100% guarantee when we talk about jobs. It all depends on your hardwork, score, etc. Just getting admission in government college won't make you eligible to be a doctor in a government hospital. You will have to get good academic score, and good practice.
You will have to keep checking the official websites for vacancies in government hospitals.
Make sure you do internship.
