It cannot be guaranteed that you will get a job in government medical college because there are many other factors which are taken into consideration like performance, entrance test score, etc. MBBS as a degree holds a lot of demand and importance in itself, so you don't have to worry about getting hired in a particular organisation because the possibilities are endless.
