No you're not allowed to wear jeans for neet 2019 .You are requested to kindly adhere to the dress code set by NTA for NEET exam which includes wearing light clothes which should be half sleeves as full sleeves are not allowed .you should not wear clothes with embroidery ,multiple chains and pockets.Only trousers are allowed .In footwear you can wear either slippers or sandals as shoes are not allowed.

Dear Sir, according to the dressing rules for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test laid out by the NTA, you can wear jeans pant. You can also wear shirts but you must avoid full sleeves and also shirts which will have big buttons or big patterns in it.
