NEET 2019 Dress Code Rules for Male Candidates:

• Male applicants have to wear light colored clothes such as Jeans,Shirt having half sleeves only, Pant.
• The shirt buttons have to be medium in size and not bigger.Wearing Kurta Payjama is not allowed.
• Wear only sandals or slippers as shoes are not allowed in to exam hall.

Yes normal Jeans/ Pants are allowed for NEET.
For NEET UG make sure you wear light and comfortable clothes. Try to avoid clothes with embroidery, flowers, brooches and buttons. It is advisable to wear half sleeves clothes. Don't wear full sleeves.
Other than that here are some other guidelines related to the dress code-
Make sure you wear slippers or sandals with low heels as shoes are not allowed in the examination hall.
Any kind of jewellery like earrings, ring, pendants, nose ring, necklace or any kind of metallic item is not allowed. Make sure you remove them before entering the hall.
For women it is advisable to wear leggings/ trousers. Avoid wearing clothes with too many zips/ pockets.
