On the day of exam for JEE Mains and NEET 2020, the authorities will provide their own 3 plyer masks for students to wear. Students have to take out their own masks and wear the masks provided.

Along  with their JEE Mains admit card, students will also have to carry their government identity proof and a passport size photograph.

I would like to inform you that as per the latest guidelines laid by NTA for both NEET and JEE MAIN phase 2, it is mandatory to wear mask and gloves. Along with this, the candidates must need to carry water bottle and the a hand sanitizer along with them to the exam centre as mentioned on the admit card.

No, face shield is not necessary. For NEET UG examination you are allowed to carry face mask, gloves and sanitizer. Face shield is not required. And for JEE Main you will be given face mark at your examination centre so you need to take of the face mask that you are carrying apart from this you need to carry gloves and hand sanitizer.
