see it is really a bad choice if you do 12 and diploma side by side. see diploma in engineering can be joined after 10 or after 12th course. and after diploma course getting a job is easier rather than after passing 12th. but here you need to have good score in diploma studies. after diploma passed you can join btech colleges through lateral entry exam.
