No its not compulsory.. center preference are totally up to candidates choice .

But in neet prospactus/notification clearly mention that candidate should choose cenrer in own state and nearby city otherwise they will alot otherthan centers selected by candisate or form may be reject ??????

Yes you have city choice and not state choice for that matter

Still i am confused- while filling the form- center choosen KOTA JAIPUR AMDABAD
But candidate study from 5th to 12th in kerala also aadhar card in kerala ,residence in kerala from last 10 years
