Yes it is compulsory that the Photograph and Postcard size photograph should mention the name of the candidate and date of taking the photograph for NEET application. National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the NEET 2021 application form at neet.nta.nic.in. NEET 2021 admit card will be released 3 days prior to the exam date in online mode.
