You have to fill your name in JEE Main application form as per class 10th certificate. If your name in class 10th certificate is as 'YOUR NAME SURNAME' then fill the same in the application for do not fill the application form as per class 12th certificate. You can provide an affidavit stating that both the names belongs to you at the time of admission. JEE Main application form correction window will be available from January 19, 2021 to January 21, 2021. If there are any corrections to be done you can do it when the correction window is available.

Dear student,
You can follow the way it is written in 10th boards examination i.e. name and then surname. You do not have to follow the pattern of class 12th boards examination. The correction window will open from 19th January to 21st of January, 2021, so don't miss the dates.
