Dear Bhuvaneshwari, it is required to mention the Name of the candidate and date written at the bottom of the photo used for uploading. However if you haven't done that and if the authorities find it unacceptable, you will receive a notification at your Registered Phone as a SMS or at your registered Email. Then you can make the necessary changes. Only those candidates who have been notified can change the photo. If you haven't received any such notification, then you are good to go. I would suggest you to keep an eye on the Registered Phone and Email for any such notifications.
No it's not mandatory to upload the candidate picture with name and date. You need to take care is, you upload a passport size photograph with 10-200 kb size and it should be clear without any caps or goggles. You can also refer the below given article for the further information.
