Its not by rules possible. As per the rules of UGC you can't do two degree at the same time. Also these will not be fruitful at all because the exam timings can clash and you will result in selecting any one subject. So its better to abide the rules and if you want to do BCOM then you can do it from distance education but that also don't worth. See if you want to go for a professional career then go for BBA and then an MBA, this will suffice you more employability and it will add value to your career. But doing BCOM and BBA will be practically of no use and you will be studying two subjects just for nothing.

If you have the chance then go for BBA and study the subject whole heartedly.
