Yes, it is easy to get a hostel in IGDTUW however the first preference will be given to students admitted to various UG programs in the university. Hostel admission will be done in conjunction with the IGDTUW's admissions schedule for its various programs. If the admissions number is more than the available seats then seat allocation will be done on the basis of merit. Priorities will be given to students staying outside Delhi and at a distance greater than 35 km from IGDTUW. For Senior students whose parents have been transferred to locations outside Delhi and residing in Delhi/NCR less than 35 km distance.
