Dear Aspirant,
No one book is enough for preparing JEE mains examination as it has a large variety of questions to be asked however a good combination of 1 help book and NCERT and some coaching material is more than enough to prepare for the exam.
Apart from HC Verma books you should also solve NCERT textbooks there are always 2-4 questions directly asked from NCERT. Moreover you could also use some additional coaching material from a good coaching like Allen, resonance, etc.
Hope this helps. Thank you.
