For jee 2021 is it enough to prepare last 3 years question papers and to score more than 200?

No , they aren't enough because around 70%of questions that are being asked in jee (mains) in last years are of different kinds. So you have to try different questions on daily basis that will be more helpful to you. But you can't ignore them too. Solve every year question paper as a part of revision , that will help.
