Well, It is clear that arranging top colleges in higher priorities will not effect the actual procedure of counselling, and neither if effect the chances of getting a college or branch...But, arranging them in higher priorities will only help you see all the choices of yours in arranged and well-organized manner to reduce any chaos and confusion...
