Whether admissions are based on the jee mains or the upsee, students from Uttar Pradesh will still benefit from the state quota. Students will no longer have to focus on both examinations and will just have to focus on jee mains. Additionally, the questions offered in upsee are slightly simpler than those answered in jee mains. However, this will have no effect on the ranking list because the exam level would rise for all pupils.
