Hello. VIT/SRM are top of the private colleges and fees structure is high. UPTU colleges varies. You will have to specify which college under UPTU you are asking for. Also the fees structure for UPTU colleges is less but the ranking varies in all. So it depends. Hope this helps. Good Luck.
