Dear aspirant, yes MIT WPU Pune is one of the best colleges of Maharashtra.  Like other state colleges it takes admission through HSC (12th) marks, MHT-CET score, & JEE MAIN score. You need to score atleast above 90 percentile to get top branches like CSE. With 93 percentile you are likely to get any branch of your choice. For this you need to take part in one to one counselling conducted by MIT WPU Kothrud , Pune Campus.
