Yes it is beneficial to go for the second round of counseling for KCET 2020 conducted by KEA.
The seats that were previously unallocated by the students or the seats that were surrendered by students after round 1, will be made available for the students in the round 2.
If your rank is good, then you have high chances of getting a seat through counseling. Even if your rank is not good, then depending on the number of vacancies, you might get a seat.

So it would be beneficial to go for the seat allotment counseling.

The dates for the round 2 of KCET 2020 counseling by KEA has not been announced yet. It might be conducted from the last week of September or first week of October 2020.
