Dear Anjali, to start off to apply for 85% Government Medical Colleges of State Counselling, you should have their domicile. This rule applies for all rounds. But if you want to apply for mop up round of All India Counselling, you neednt have their domicile. This is because mop up round seats are filled after vacant seats from Round 1 and Round 2 of All India Coubselling. For more information, please visit the FAQs at mcc.nic.in
