No it is not compulsory as No, NEET and AIIMS aren't related. You need to appear separate exams for both. Your marks in NEET doesn't matter your AIIMS ranking or vice versa.

• For Aiims you will have to appear for aiims exam.
• AIIMS conducts a separate exam to provide admissions in its institutions all over the country. The All India Institute of Medical Sciences ( AIIMS) MBBS Entrance Examination is a national level undergraduate medical entrance exam conducted by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, for admissions to MBBS programmes offered in AIIMS only.
