Yes, definitely! And if someone tells you it's impossible, stop listening to them altogether. Start from the very beginning. I would say it's better to join a couching institute cause that would help you with periodic evaluation and give an estimate of your rank. Make notes consistently cuz you possibly can't revise from all sources one day before exam. Also, from the beginning itself solve mcq questions to give you a hang of questions , the way to handle them and help you with time management.

Hi Ashutosh, As per your query about clearing both 12th and NEET in the same year, I would say YES definitely you can do it. Indeed many students clear it in their first attempt with 12 only... After 12 exam you will get around 1 month for ONLY NEET, for revision.
You should have a proper base to clear both the exams together. You can follow the following points
1. Make a proper doable time table
2. Allot more time for NEET, provided you have studied for board exam to score around 60%
3. Practice MCQS daily
4. Correct your mistakes and don't repeat them
5. Stay positive
6. Maintain your health

Yes my friend it is possible to crack both the exams at once. Most of the toppers you see in neet have cleared both the exams simultaneously and also got good rank. But the only thing you need to do is to study regularly and study hard
