For admission through WBJEE in Jadavpur University, you will not require any Domicile. Candidates from anywhere in India can apply and will be considered as general category for admission purposes. WB domicile is required only to avail the reserved seats for various castes. Otherwise general category students from WB as well as from outside are in one category- General.
