No it is not necessary to provide the certificate of domicile for appearing in GUJCET exam. A candidate from other state can also apply. A candidate if their parents are working in Gujarat, or if they have completed education from Gujarat board, or even if they have completed 11 th and 12th then they are eligibile, but domicile is not important.
