• Copy of Original Challan as a proof of payment

• Passport Size Photo(Recent, two in number)
• Resident and Domicile Certificate
• Income Certificate
• Aadhar Card
• In case applicable, medical certificate, caste certificate, NCC/CAP/sports/minority certificate.
