yes it is necessary to have couter singed TC from your school to take admission in DU

so tell your school management to send your tc to get counter sign

Actually I have to go for admissions after two days school is offering TC without counter sign, counter sign will take a week's time

Take a photocopy of tc without counter sign And you can also submit your tc after you get admission just tell college admission management about it
