In order to tae admission in Haryana government medical colleges under 85% state quota you have to produce your Haryana domicile certificate. However to obtain this you need not to pass 10th or 12th ffrom Haryana. The only criteria to get admission under 85% seat of haryana government is

The applicant or his parents must have resided in Haryana or any district of Haryana for a period of Fifteen years.
