Is it necessary to qualify jee mains for councelling in state board colleges URGENT PLEASE REPLY

Hi, 

It is necessary to qualify JEE Main if you want to get into IITs. Other wise, there are colleges who consider 25% of your JEE Main and 75% of your board score. The cut off for JEE Main depends on your category.

Hi,Anna university affiliated colleges, SRM University (You have to clear SRM entrance: SRMJEE), Sastra University. These are the few colleges to my knowledge.Good luck!
