For getting good score in NEET  you have to know all the basic key concepts and formulas on tips and by reading Physics NCERT i don't think you get any benefit ,for getting good score you have to solve Problem as much as possible.

The NCERT Books are the best books for the NEET preparation not for the only Physics but for Chemistry and Biology as well. NCERT Books gives you idsa about the basics and it is easy to understand. Most of the questions are asked from the NCERT Book. 

So, my suggestion is that firstly complete the NCERT Book than move to other books for the practice.
