if i couldnt complete theory in physics and only solve types of questions and previous year questions through my formula book and complete the syllabus for neet 2020 as a dropper is it the right way and what would physics score i can expect?

Yes, definitely. It gives you an idea of the type of questions asked, solidifies your concepts and sometimes questions may even be asked again.
Although I'd advise you to solve upto a maximum of past 10-15 years.
