Yes, you can pursue graduation and go for diploma course side by side. In your case you can do B pharm/ Biotechnology from a regular college and say marketing as a diploma course. It is completely on the candidate whether you will be able to manage it or not. Though, it is advisable not to do two things at a time because it may affect the essence of both of them.
