Dear Sir / Ma'm, you can always do both simultaneously. You have to be utterly sincere in your NEET preparation as it is no cake walk. You need to put in serious amount of hardwork in the three subjects equally, and you are bound to get a good score in NEET. Keep your concepts uber clear which is the basis for scoring good in any entrance examination.

Hey Anu! I so loved this question because I have gone through this... I was preparing for neet along with B.pharma.. I gave 1st semester exam, scored 70% in the exam but did not give 2nd semester exam.. I couldn't manage things.. Trust me it's my personal experience you cannot do two things simultaneously and specially an exam like neet is not a joke.. You have to be determined towards one goal... Though I gave NEET that year and got a seat in government college but I could have scored even more if I would have left this pharmacy thing then and there.. The motive behind telling you this is.. focus on one thing, and  sincerely prepare  for 1 year and you will surely achieve your goal.. Good luck..

      Yes, it's possible. Since you've to focus on Physics Chemistry and Biology for preparation of NEET, where Physics and Chemistry are main game changers. And here for Pharmacy, you've to focus more on Physics and Chemistry over Mathematics, since P-C marks are the reason why your pharma rank differs from engineering rank. So you can prepare for both.
