Dear Purbasha, yes you can get admission in a college which is not in your State under 15% All India Quota. However the cut offs will be higher than for State quota seats. For General category, depending on the State and the college you want to apply for a medical sear, the cut off can be anywhere between 550- 650. If you have any State in mind, do let us know and we will help you with the previous cut offs.
