Hello aspirant,

In any councilling process for any particular round if you are allotted a college and you have not taken admission in that college in the given period of time then that allotment is considered as null and void later on. If you have not received any college in the 2nd round then you can apply for the further rounds but now you can not take admission in the basis of the previous round allotment.
