Hello Dear,
It is very difficult to take admission in NIT because your rank is very high. But  to  take admission in NIT cutoff is mandatory but cutoff changes every year.
You are eligible for Jossa counselling , counselling is started from 6 October 2020.Do your jossa counselling and firstly those colleges in which you think to take admission.
